Trailer Trash comes to town

I think that poor little Xena is getting stir crazy. She's been cooped up or tied down for over a week now (with a few more days to go) and she's just not used to it. While Art was painting at our Burnaby house, she was tied to the truck. I guess she got bored and this is what we found....So, while I cleaned up the mess, I moved her to the front yard. "Yay", she said. "Finally somewhere I can put my superior digging skills to use!"She also chewed some of the hydrangea flowers .... sorry Carol. It's something I've noticed she likes to do at home, too. Biting the heads off flowers. I guess it's better than the heads of small animals .... or children.

Xena is so cute, I'll happily give her a pass for digging up the garden. There's lots of hydrangeas she didn't get, so no problem there. Cathy Mechanic told me about a dog park nearby where you can run your dogs off leash. I'm not sure where it is, but if you call Cathy, she can tell you where it is. You might want to take a break from painting and try to wear her out a little. She might even like swim. A smelly but pooped out dog is a good one, I find!

Sure hope Xena is home again soon, or she'll get really nasty. Because, I bet she's getting bigger every day!

Hey Jo-Ann, Just catching up on your blog - love it! The movie clips are very cool! Not sure I like the 'trailer trash' comment though.. Laurie
