New Year's Eve

We made it to Kamloops yesterday without a problem (except for the obligatory vehicle electrical wiring flameout....no trip can officially get under way without one). Even Xena was a good girl, MOST of the time. For all the threats of snow storms and such, there was nothing....nadda. As a matter of fact, there is hardly any snow on the countryside anywhere between there and here. I was shocked. Oh well, made for excellent driving conditions.

It was great to see Echo and Grant. Even their kids, Tiger and Errol, were home. I also got to meet Tiger's 2 new kittens, Grimmel and Jethro. They are brothers. Too adorable!!!Now onward to Vancouver. Don't worry, Sara, we will NOT take the Coquihalla.
